Singing Pet AI (singingpetai.lol) helps users create animated talking and singing pet videos from uploaded images and chosen audio. Singing Pet AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with singing.pet, JRL Software LTD, any social platform, record label, or artist whose song titles may appear in the interface.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Google account secure and use the service only if you are legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Plans and billing
Singing Pet AI offers a Yearly subscription for $39.99 per year and a Weekly subscription for $12.99 per week. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude taxes.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by contacting support. Access continues through the paid period unless otherwise required by law. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund prior charges.
5. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for a first subscription where required by the advertised offer and applicable law. Contact support@singingpetai.lol with your account email and order details so we can review the request.
6. Your uploads and content
You must own or have permission to use every photo, recording, voice, and audio file you upload. You retain the rights you hold in your original material. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your files and deliver the requested result.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Singing Pet AI to infringe copyright, impersonate a person, harass others, create deceptive political or financial content, or break the law. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls on the service.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is” and may change, pause, or be unavailable during maintenance or capacity constraints. We may update these terms; the version published when you use the service applies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singing Pet AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
