When you continue with Google, we receive the account details Google shares, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We also store your selected plan, billing status, and the pet images or audio you choose to submit.
2. Payments
Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and never reach our servers. Stripe receives the email address, plan, and transaction information needed to process your subscription.
3. Pet photos and audio
Photos and audio you submit are used to provide the requested pet-video experience and to keep your creations available to your account. Do not upload an image or recording unless you have permission to use it.
4. Cookies and sessions
A secure session cookie keeps you signed in. Essential cookies support authentication, security, and checkout. Optional analytics cookies, when enabled, help us understand aggregate site usage.
5. Service providers
We use trusted providers for authentication, database hosting, application delivery, and payment processing. They receive only the information needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and billing records are retained as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated content by emailing support@singingpetai.lol.
7. Children
Singing Pet AI is not directed to children under 13, and you must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to subscribe.
